AdventureHER scholarship night run on Friday, October 23 at 7:30 p.m. Central.
Night-run donation minimum: $40 per vehicle for Green or Blue and $50 per vehicle for Black.
The Black night run requires a 2-inch lift and 35-inch tires; rock lights are suggested. Routes are tentative.
Optional cabins, RV sites, and premium stays are reserved separately.

AdventureHER night-run contributions are separate from the primary MERUS Unite registration.

Friday, October 23 — Arrival, community meal, and scholarship night run
The AdventureHER scholarship night run begins at 7:30 p.m. Central. Follow the final confirmation for other times.
Saturday, October 24 — Breakfast, trails, and dinner
Saturday includes the published breakfast, guided trail experiences, and dinner.
Sunday, October 25 — Final activities and departure

Registration, vehicle, and night-run requirements
Required
Reserve a member or public spot through the applicable current registration path.

A current MERUS waiver for every participant; a parent or legal guardian completes a minor’s waiver.

AdventureHER Scholarship Night Run
Join the Friday scholarship night run with the published minimum contribution for the selected route.
Green or Blue route
$40 minimum contribution per vehicle.
Black route
$50 minimum contribution per vehicle; 2-inch lift and 35-inch tires required, with rock lights suggested. The route is tentative.
Contribution disclosure
Contributions are not tax deductible. One hundred percent, less processing fees, supports the AdventureHER scholarship.

Is MERUS Unite only for members?
No. The event is open to members and public guests. MERUS states that members attend free, while nonmembers can purchase tickets. Space is limited.
Is camping included?
