Book Your Aoudad Hunt


  • These are Semi-guided hunts. A guide will be split between 2 hunters. Hunter
    must determine whether or not to harvest an animal, the guide will not call the shot.
  • Limit of 4 hunters for the deer hunt and 6 per Aoudad hunt (one mule deer buck per hunter)
  • Unlimited hog and predator harvests (excluding mountain lions)
  • Must provide personal gear and transportation to MERUS AdventureTM; once at
    MERUS AdventureTM, transportation can be provided during your hunt upon
  • MERUS AdventureTM will provide means of game recovery and transportation out
    of the canyon.
  • Must present valid Texas Hunting License upon arrival (not included in above
  • Does not include 10% gratuity (after trophy fees) for guides.
  • The nearest airport, AMA (Amarillo, TX) served by Southwest, Spirit, Delta, American, and others. Shuttle service from the airport to MERUS AdventureTM can be requested.

Additional Trophy Fees

Terms and Conditions

Hunter is responsible for determining the price of the score before
pulling the trigger.

Wounding an animal is the same as harvesting one and will be
hunter’s responsibility to pay the additional Trophy Fee based on
the estimated score, regardless of recovery or not.

Required to use park GPS tracker (provided)

Scores are measured on Gross Green Score based on Boone &
Crockett system.

Taxidermist costs will be covered by the Hunter.

Hunters are responsible for having the proper Texas hunting
license per Texas Parks and Wildlife Department.

Every hunter born on or after Sept. 2, 1971, must successfully
complete a Hunter Education Training Course.
