Off-Road Guided Tours at MERUS Adventure™
MERUS Adventure™ is a multi-sport adventure park that offers off-roading and overlanding. We have hand-built and machine-built trails to offer a wide variety of wheeling on the already wide variety of terrain in the canyon.
Our guided tours will run trails on the rim with spectacular views, then drop into the heart of the canyon to experience some incredible places that most people will never have access to.
We rate our tours according to our park trail rating system. This groups people with similar skill levels and vehicle build together. Currently, we offer tours on the green or blue level.

Trail Rating System
BEGINNER
Park tour through the canyon on standard ranch roads. Stock 4x4 is required for traction and power control.
INTERMEDIATE
Off-road tour and experience with guided assistance on obstacles and trails. Vehicle modifications are recommended.
Pricing
Our off-road tours start right on time at 9:30 in the morning on Saturdays (when scheduled). Please be on time so as not to delay the rest of the group. On average, the tour will last 5-6 hours and includes a break for lunch halfway through.
Make sure you fill your vehicle with fuel before heading to the park. Bring plenty of water, it can get very hot during summer time in the park.
Ensure your vehicle is in good operating condition and your four-wheel drive is working properly. Recovery gear is always recommended in the park, but it is not necessary.
Every person in the vehicle will have to sign our park liability waiver and park rules before coming to the park. This will be included in your confirmation email once you reserve your spot.
Things to Know
GMRS Radio
We require every vehicle to have a GMRS radio. We do rent them for $7/day if needed.
Fire Extinguisher
We require every vehicle in the park to have a fire extinguisher on board. We sell them for $30 if you need one.
Lunch
Be sure to pack a lunch and bring plenty of water! Temperatures and elevation changes can lead to dehydration.
Waiver
Everyone (including children) in your vehicle must have a waiver signed prior to the start of the tour.
